Shipping Policy

As an added courtesy to our customers, DDM Novastar is offering Free shipping on all our spares and consumables, shipping within the Continental United States.    If you need emergency shipping, or need to ship priority service, please contact our office (215-485-5663) before placing an online order. 

Most items will usually ship within (1) business day, unless they require assembly.  Our preferred shipping carrier is Fedex, but based on package size, we may sometimes use USPS or UPS.   We are sorry, but we cannot ship to a buyer's UPS/Fedex/DHL account.  Spare Parts and Consumables ordered through Shopping Cart will only be shipped within the Continental United States.   At this time, we are unable to ship parts internationally, through our shopping cart.  Please contact our customer service department directly, if you need an international shipment. 

We will combine multiple items for a consolidated shipment where possible.  However, some items may be shipped direct from another location, and a consolidated shipment may not be possible.
